Their formula is more similar to that of the liquid. My clothes are smelling like fresh new money after using these disks! They have an overpowering smell that I have never experienced with any other Persil product. I had to throw them away and go back to the original scented pods.

As for Persil discs, I have always used the tabs prior to trying the discs, will not be buying them again. They don't dissolve completely and I end up with a globulized mess on my clothing and have to rewash it to remove it.
I have been using Persil for decades. There are often globs of undissolved muck left over after a few loads. The water and muck are heated to a high temperature and we are careful not to overload the system. Clothing is ruined by the product after it sticks to.
The liquid and Power versions of Persil are both good to me Having also used this brand several times, I know what to expect regarding the cleaning power of their discs. While the cleaning power is just as good, the discs leave an incredibly unpleasant scent behind. The film holding the discs together is smelly, or it may just be the film itself. This is similar to washing your clothes with a dishwasher pod-it isn't worth the trouble.
The Persil pods have been in my house for about a year and I really like them I've had a great experience with them. I am however using these discs for the first time. I really like the way they work but I don't like the smell of the clothes after they're washed A sheet. There appears to be a noticeable burnt smell emanating from these discs.
used to use a cheaper brand for a while trying to save money when I started to smell an unpleasant odor on some of my clothes. The results were similar to if you had left your clothes in the washer too long and put them in the dryer before rewashing them. I love the smell of this, and my clothes always smell so fresh after using it. The weird residue I read about somewhere else is not an issue for me. In my wardrobe, 90% of the clothes are black and they all come out perfectly with no signs of the pod not dissolving completely. No other type of exercise will ever be as satisfying as this!.
It was a pleasant surprise to find it in my favorite store since I didn't recall seeing it before. Discs and Tide pods are the only products being compared in this review. It has occurred that Tide pods do not dissolve fully when washing slightly heavier loads of laundry (e. g. We keep sweatshirts, hoodies, etc. ) in stock. Persil has not caused the same problem for me. The process of placing the Persil discs (at the bottom of the washer) to replace the ones on top was a bit of a learning curve. Putting the pods (Tide) on top of the laundry so that it can We don't do muddy or oily laundry, but I find that sometimes I need to use a stain remover before using Tide pods. I prefer the slightly stronger scent of Persil as it is slightly more powerful than Tide. It was a pleasant surprise when Persil successfully removed coffee stains (our household's nemesis! No pretreatment) is necessary. The price is the only thing holding Persil back from a perfect score from me, however. If promotions and coupons were more frequently available, life would be so much easier.
It is really hard to choose one toss-up brand from so many I have tried several laundry detergents (like All Pacs, Tide pods, Arm & Hammer paks, Dropps) and these are by far my favorite. They cleanse my clothes As a result, there have not been any problems with stains, which had been a major problem with Arm and Hammer and In cold water I have seen the detergent stuck to my clothes as undissolved detergent. The detergent is supposed to dissolve in any temperature water, but I have experienced the problem when I wash my clothes It may be as simple as lightly filling the washer and choosing a larger water setting to fix this, but it is a pain to have to do it over and over again Ensure clothing is clean by washing it. Some other brands of 'discs' have caused this problem for me (though not every one), but Persil has caused it more frequently. When I used warm water, this didn't happen to me. There is a pleasant scent, but it is extremely For the last couple of years, I have been using unscented dryer sheets since I am always overwhelmed with "laundry scent" on my clothes. Ideally, I would prefer a version without odors (they seem to be available in Europe, so I'm hopeful). There's no doubt this is a good buy, but be aware of the smell!.
This liquid did a great job making my clothes look brighter and the scent was wonderful. To replace the discs on my HE front load washer, I ordered them online. In fact, the pods did not dissolve at all. It seemed like something that could happen only once but my husband assured me that "these things are junk"! I will do that for the same reason! As a result of the dissolvable cover and jelly-like substance, I worry that my clothes will be ruined n my washer will be clogged! Very disappointed with the two tubs we were assigned. Is this problem happening to anyone else?.
