Questions & Answers
Yes - They are packaged in a nice tin box with a coin bank slot on the top. These Lamby Balls are really nice, in my opinion.
My procedure was completed in July of 2015. They're the only ones I use. They appear to be brand new, so I'm going to say 7 months and counting.
I don't have any problems with it, and it's certainly preferable to dryer sheets.
A tin that can be used as a piggy bank; I keep my change in it when I do the laundry.

(It makes me feel like I'm on psychedelics typing that, but it's the truth. ) )br>br>These balls, on the other hand, are fantastic! They appeared to be expensive until I read that they can be used over and over again. As a result, they're a good investment. especially if, like me, you've tried everything to find a fabric softener and/or dryer sheet that doesn't irritate your nose or body. I wish I'd known about these sooner so I could have saved money and time, but I'm hooked now. br>br>I get itchy from most dryer sheets; I get a sneeze from some of the scents. These balls are incredibly easy to make: They are environmentally friendly (no trash for years) and leave no residue on your clothing. There are no strange dryer sheet corpses stuck to my clothes anymore, which I appreciate, and they appear to soften my clothes even more than the sheets did. br>br>Because I like a little scent, I like to put a couple of drops of geranium or ylang ylang oil on each ball before putting them in the dryer. This way, I get a very mild, yet nice and natural scent in the fabric without being irritated or getting weird spots on my clothes. So far, I'm very impressed and can't say enough good things about them!.
I only came across these after purchasing Nellie's detergent, and I'm glad I did. They really do help you save time when it comes to drying!! I'm glad I didn't use dryer sheets because the clothes come out so soft. The only difference is that they were delivered in a cardboard box rather than a tin - That was a bit of a letdown because I wanted the tin for long-term storage.
I've experimented with a variety of other options. They're not as big as they used to be, and they don't work as well. The Lamby Laundry Dryerballs from Nellie's are fantastic. They don't leave a scent or static cling behind, just nice clean clothes. I'm not sure how these things are made, but the knock-on effect is impressive. The use of offs is practically non-existent. These are more than twice as big as two other brands I tried. They work well and are simple to locate in your laundry.
They work in a way that I'm not familiar with. I'd been wanting to try them for a while but was hesitant due to the high cost of four balls, but they really do work, so I'm glad I did. The four balls are slightly larger and lighter than tennis balls, so they don't make a lot of noise while the dryer is running. Each ball has a cute little lamb print on the front, so they don't make much noise in mine. br>br>I used a bunch of those fleece throws to try them out for the first time yesterday. Previously, these items would have been a static cling disaster when they emerged from the dryer. I dried them on high heat for a timed dry and was surprised to find that they didn't have any static cling when I took them out! I hope this continues and does not wear out over time. br>br>I would have given them 5 stars if I didn't think they were a bit pricey and didn't understand why they came in a tin. The tin is nice as a gift, but I doubt I'll be storing my coins in it, and I don't really need a coin bank, but it is cute. I simply don't require it and believe that it adds to the item's cost. I'll most likely put them in the dryer or in a basket on top of it. However, I'm beginning to believe that simply storing them in the dryer, with no container, would be the most practical solution. br>br>Thank you for taking the time to read my review, Becky Brooks. br>br>.
I purchased these for two reasons: first, they were on sale, and second, they were on sale 1) to shorten the drying timebr>2) to obtain the blankets sheets without having to turn them around to dry Return them three times. br>br>The dryer balls accomplish both of these goals. I was doing a load of sheets when I came across this. Everything, including a summer blanket, dried in less time than usual, and even the heavier blankets dried faster. A typical load takes an hour to complete without the dryer balls. With them, the time would be closer to 45 minutes. This results in significant financial and energy savings over time (as well as reduced pollution). br>Even though you can hear them moving around, it's just a soft thump that you quickly forget about. Of course, this is true of any dryer ball. Now, here are the following: br>br>They don't have any scent, either artificial or natural. This is a great thing for me because I don't want my clothes to smell like anything but clothes. They were not manufactured in China. This was also important to me because there had been a lot of quality control issues there. br>br>The tin is delightful; I like how it has a concave window, like a front door. washing machine in the process of loading That's not why I wanted it, cute as it is. I need a place to store the dryer balls when I'm not using them, and this is a good option.
I've been using four plastic star-shaped items the size of ping pong balls for several years, and they've seen better days (I believe I bought them from Wall-E). Mart). I've been looking for some replacements for a couple of weeks but have been hesitant to buy these because of the price; however, I finally decided to buy them and figured that if I don't like them, I'll have learned a valuable lesson the hard way. What a pleasant surprise to learn that they reduced my drying time to half of what I was previously using (full cycle)! Clothing, towels, and bed linens, as well as a comforter, are all included. The extra cost was well worth it. I find that they are not any louder than the plastic items I was previously using, and that the sound was actually lower depending on what was in the dryer. I didn't hear them in the dryer for the most part. I didn't separate my clothes and had to use one dryer sheet in addition to the dryer balls, but not with the linens, comforter, or towels. I'm going to buy some more to give as gifts to a few family members. There's nothing like saving money on your electric bill!.
