Questions & Answers

The capacity of this bottle is 32 oz. How many ounces are required to unclog a medium hair clogged drain?

I started with half of a bottle. It took over six months for the drain to slow down again after using this product. I used the other half, and it's been fantastic since then.

Is it necessary for me to pour this down the drain? i. Is it necessary to remove the drain fixture, which is made of aluminum, brass, or steel?

I didn't; instead, I poured it straight into the sink, let it sit for a few minutes, and then flushed it with hot water. For me, it was a huge success. My sink wasn't completely clogged, but it was draining at a snail's pace.

What is the difference between it and Prof Amos drain cleaner?

I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with Prof. Amos. Once I've used the Hair clog, I'll have to wait. It's all clear now. I really enjoy it.

When is it okay to use a plunger after flushing with water?

If you still need a plunger, it appears to me that the water and Whink levels are still too high in the pipe; in that case, I would repeat the Whink application instead of using a plunger. If that doesn't work, have a plumber snake the line (snaking works better from the roof vent than from the sink in some cases).

10 oz). I waited for 30 minutes and nothing happened. 8- I followed the instructions. 10 oz). It did not work after 30 minutes of waiting. I poured another cup of coffee. After six hours, the drain was slightly faster, but it was still mostly clogged. I sulked, did nothing, and retired to my bed. My shower drain was completely clear the next morning! I've had TWO-THOUSAND PERCENTAGE POINTS LOST THIRDS of my hair has fallen out in the last few years due to perimenopause, and I have a unique hair-growth pattern. However, some hair still falls through the catcher, clogging it. I had previously used pure lye to clear clogs, but it had stopped working with this one. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I won't need to hire a plumber anymore.

This is fantastic
5/5

I never imagined a drain cleaner would be able to deal with hair. My tub drain was never cleared by common cleaners like Drano. Of course, the problem is usually hair, but none of the usual cleaners were effective. As a result, I made the decision to try this product. I must admit that I was not expecting it to work. I usually have to snake and pull the hair out, which is disgusting, slimy hair with who knows what in it. Before going to bed, I poured a little more than half of the bottle down the drain. I planned to give it all night, despite the fact that it only takes 20 minutes or so. (Of course, I always make sure the door is shut when I use a chemical cleaner to keep my pets out. ) When I turned on the shower the next morning, the drain was clear! Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that a product could unclog my hair. This product is more expensive, but I'd rather not have to pull out disgusting hair, so I keep a supply on hand. If you're skeptical, like me, try it. br>UPDATE: It was well worth the money. I have yet to be disappointed with this product. I keep a supply on hand, despite the fact that it is more expensive than most, because I am so grateful I no longer have to snake the disgusting gooey hair out.

It works! Three hairy adolescent boys shaved into two different sinks, clogging both of them
5/5

Because I'm sick of the clogs, I've told them to shave over a garbage can. I have no idea what they do in there, and I'm afraid to inquire, but those sinks were completely clogged. I've tried everything from baking soda and vinegar volcanoes to liquid plumber and draino, threats and curses, and none of it has worked. I bought it because it specifically stated that it was for hair, and why not? br>br>I dumped 1/4 of the bottle into each sink and left it alone for a few hours; when I returned, there was a foul odor, as there always is with these things, with a hint of burnt hair. I turned on the hot water and there were no clogs! I have half a bottle left for next time because I know my monsters are still shaving into the sink and rinsing it down the drain as if it just vanishes from the planet when they turn on the water.

It was a cinch to use
5/5

I was tired of scrubbing my hair in my own filth, turning off the water while soaping up, and not being able to properly rinse it out. I had had it with this! I tried this after two treatments with my regular foaming Draino yielded minimal results. I used half of the bottle for one treatment, letting it sit for nearly 24 hours before running the water through a bucket until it was hot. After that, I flushed with the spigot's hottest water. Now the water drains as it should! It's nice to be able to take a regular shower and completely rinse off! Love it!.

It really works
5/5

The Whink Hair Clog Blaster is a fantastic product. I was able to get about 4 doses out of the bottle, and it unclogged my sink as well as my shower. I'll probably buy it again, despite my one complaint about the price. Yes, I know, "If it works, why complain about the price?" But all I can say is that I would have bought this product much sooner (it had good reviews) if I didn't want to risk spending that much money on something that didn't work for my specific issue. Whatever you want to make of it. Overall, this is a great product that is simple to use; just make sure to read the instructions on the label.

Finally, I've discovered a solution that works! I tried every product in the store, including some that claimed to be "professional strength," but the water continued to trickle down the drain slowly
5/5

After reading the reviews, I purchased this and patiently awaited its arrival, pouring only about a third of the bottle and letting it work overnight. The water drained as quickly as it had come out the next morning. When nothing else seemed to work, I was blown away. I'm down to two-thirds of a bottle. So, with two more uses and the fact that it actually WORKS, it's well worth the money!.

I'm astonished to report that it ACTUALLY WORKS
5/5

THAT IS NOT GOING TO WORK, MY MAN SAID, AND YOU HAVE WAIVED YOUR MONEY. Guess what did the trick? lol. I have a lot of long hair that sheds a lot. a lot. As a result, I have a proclivity for clogging drains. The shower in our house is over 20 years old, and I couldn't unscrew the drain to open it because one was stripped, so the water was draining slowly and smelled awful. I bought it and only had to use it once before I noticed a difference, and I was blown away. Put it in, and the next day, BAM, it was fixed. Then I went over to my tub and sinks to clean them. This product has completely won me over; it actually works.
