It is too bad that I no longer have the packaging and the product itself does not bear a stamp. Despite that, it does the job well.

While I like it, I'm not overly thrilled with it. My conclusion is that there is no such thing as actually a dustpan with a flat lip. In order for the rubber lip to flatten out enough so that the dust doesn't fall under it when you brush, you need to really push down hard on this.
