I'd say it's moderately soft. Because it is non-abrasive, it is ideal for refinishing pine floors.
The pan is made of recycled plastic, and the lip is made of thermoplastic rubber.
I did not order the product shown here. I purchased the Full Circle and Brush Set, as well as the Tiny Team Mini Dustpan with a bamboo handle. It's not squishy in the slightest.

The dustpan is made of a flimsy, soft plastic that is so thin that the front edge does not lie flat, but instead curves upwards on both ends. Try sweeping into a non-flat dustpan. It is completely useless.
Despite the fact that I love this product because it works so well—leaving no dirt line on the floor, is beautifully made of high-quality materials, and comes in two fun color options—a bright green and a crisp modern gray and white—I have two complaints: I ordered a second one a few months later, and it was a different weight (did they choose thinner bamboo to make the product cheaper for them?). It seemed like there was a drop in quality. ) Also, I believe that if the brush had a couple fewer rows of bristles, it would fit better in the dustpan and the bristles would not bend in all directions. The brush's weight (and thus its quality?) ) gives me the creeps. Otherwise, it's a fantastic product, and I'd rate it a 4 out of 5 stars.

Finding a good dust pan with a brush should be much easier, but for some reason, manufacturers continue to mess up this simple task. As a result, I am pleased to report that this dustpan and brush set is of excellent quality and workmanship. made! Thank you for producing and selling such a high-quality item!.
It's such a simple thing—just a dust pan and a brush—but it's fantastic! I was fed up with dustpans that came with brooms that didn't work. This dustpan does an excellent job of cleaning the floor by hugging it and sweeping it clean. And whoever came up with the idea of using a scraping comb to clean a broom or brush was a genius (you know how your broom collects dust and hair at the bottom—now you can remove it). Using a dust pan and brush is so much easier than balancing a full-size broom against your shoulder or using one of those stand-up dustpans that are difficult to get a good grip on the floor with. It's a simple product, but it's brought me joy and prompted me to write a review, as you can see. Oh. Plus, there's the added benefit of using environmentally friendly materials. Yay!.
This brush and dustpan set is a nice addition to my collection. I chose it because of its fashionable appearance, and it did not disappoint. It appears to be doing an excellent job of cleaning up. I haven't had to clean the brush in a long time. As a result, I'm not sure how well it cleans and dries. Overall, I'm pleased with the appearance and functionality of the brush and dustpan.
This dustpan was purchased to replace one that I had purchased from a local bath store. This one outperforms the previous one by a wide margin. The pan's lip is pushed down, allowing dirt to fall into the pan. The bristles are soft and pleasant to the touch. They're soft to avoid scratching the floor. I'm hoping the item remains available because I'll be purchasing it again.
I have three cats and use a dustpan frequently, so I wanted a high-quality pan and brush that was also attractive. The product accomplishes everything I had hoped for.
