To remove hard water buildup from sinks and toilets, we needed more than a few. br>br>They last at least as long as ____, if not longer, and they get the job done (SOAKING BUILDUP IN VINEGAR REALLY HELPS! )br>br>So far, I've used three, and they come shrink-wrapped. Two of them were wrapped, and the other two were broken into two pieces, roughly 1/3 and 2/3 of the way through. I'm not sure if it's because of the soft packaging or because of the product itself. As a result, for the time being, I'm going to give it three stars. br>I'll update the review if there are any more busts. br>br>To summarize, even if they're broken, they're still usable, albeit frustrating. BUY ONLY IF THEY ARE NOT BROKEN OR CRACKED IN A USEFUL MANNER.
I am pleased with my purchase.
The package arrived in perfect condition. I received exactly what I had requested. There was no damage to any of the pieces. Some will be used for cleaning as intended, while others will be used as biological media in aquarium filters. I'll keep you updated in the future.
Hard water spots on my Bonsai pots were cleaned with this pumice. I bought in bulk because it requires a lot of effort. While working, I wear a mask to avoid inhaling the fine particulate dust it produces. This is one of the most effective methods for cleaning my bonsai pots that I've discovered so far.
It's a little more porous than the store-bought version, which means it won't last as long, but I'm fine with that because it works just as well and costs a fraction of the price per piece. If you're debating whether or not to buy it, I don't believe you'll be disappointed.
In my 20 years of cleaning, this is the most reasonable price I've ever seen. Although it does not come in a fancy box, it is identical to those that do. To cut down on waste, each one is individually wrapped.
