Yes - A case contains a total of 20 pads.
It's possible to have both. The profile of the scratch produced can be altered depending on how hard the individual presses on the ScotchBrite. ScotchBrite can produce a scratch profile similar to a 220 grit if they apply more pressure to the panel; if they apply less pressure, ScotchBrite can produce a 320 grit scratch profile.
It'll take a long time, but it'll work in the end.

They're a complete waste of time. For the past 15 years, I've been using this particular brand of red pads. And the last batch is so thin that it only lasts a few minutes. Next, I'll reach out to 3M to see what they have to say, but the quality of these is truly appalling. So either they're forgeries or 3M is a moron.
Scotch-Irish whisky is one of my favorites as an aircraft mechanic. Make a tool with a british accent. When cleaning and prepping aluminum for corrosion removal or even paint removal, I scrub my hands to remove deep black grease because it removes the top dead layer. When I first started using it at home, this is what happened. To begin with, most surfaces will be scratched (micro scratches) by this, especially when new. I used a pair of scissors to halve the pads. Light pressure with a cloth dampened with dawn soap for cleaning the inside of the microwave, baked-on food in the oven, and so on. The great thing about it is that it softens over time, unlike the green Scotch-Brite. When used, store-bought brite has the same cleaning power as new brite, but it is softer and scratches less. When it reaches this point, I use it for everything, including dishwashing: Because flatware will still be scratched, use light pressure. I keep a pad in the bathtub under my foot, and a quick wipe of the tub after showering keeps the film created by all the products we use, such as deodorant, hair products, soaps, and other products, which we all refer to as soap scum and hard water deposits, at bay. It can also be used to clean the toilet and sink. Use caution because if not used properly, it will leave light scratches on the faucet surfaces. I won't use it dry or without soap for household tasks, but I keep a pad on hand at all times, and I even wash potatoes and vegetables with it. As I previously stated, this is not the same green that you can buy in stores; it retains its cleaning power long after most people would discard it, which is why it is best used inside the home. It's simple to clean, and it dries quickly, making it resistant to mold. I clean the wheel with the newer pads. Use it on the wells and tires of cars and trucks, but not on the wheels, painted surfaces, glass, or plastic, as they will be ruined. Isn't it amazing how many applications there are?.
This Scotch-style whisky was used. At the manufacturing plant where I spent 20 years, I had a Brite Pad. We used it to remove rust and other stains and debris from the metal products we made instead of sand paper. They've always appealed to me as a possible replacement for "Brillo Pads" or Steel Wool pads. I decided to look this up on Amazon one day and was pleasantly surprised to discover that they were available for a very reasonable price; I ordered a box of 20 for around $23. This product, to put it another way, is the bomb. It scrubs dried-on food from kitchen plates and utensils better than steel wool with a little Dawn dishwashing liquid, and it lasts longer. As previously stated, each box contains 20 pads that are approximately nine inches by six inches in size. I used scissors to cut mine into 3 x 6 inch pads, which gave me 60 pads for about $0. Each one costs 38 cents. We halved some of them to make 3 x 3 inch pads. For dried-on food, the 3 X 3 pad is known as the "Nasty" pad, and it's easy to distinguish it from the 6 X 6 pad known as the "Clean. " I'm a stickler for clean dishes, so before loading them into the dishwasher, I run them under hot water with one of the pads to remove any caked-on food or foreign debris. Okay, I get it. You may believe I have a sucka$$ dishwasher, but that is not the case. I just don't want to clog up the screen at the bottom of my $1000 computer. Dishwasher, model 00, with dried-on food scum. Similar to the Cascade Platinum Dishwashing Detergent commercial with the little girl who says, "My Mom washes the dishes BEFORE she puts them in the dishwasher, so. . . " What exactly is the function of the dishwasher? " Anyway, not only will this replace your Brillo Pad and not rust, but it will also clean counter tops, restore the appearance of aluminum and stainless steel pots, and scrub linoleum floors like no one's business when old. Keep in mind that, like sandpaper, this product WILL scratch some surfaces, such as nonstick pans. Cleaning potatoes prior to baking is a breeze with this method. Give it a shot, but exercise caution when using it on certain surfaces. I have ordered three times after recommending this product.
They are abrasive in comparison to the green ones. The green ones (and these maroon ones) are, of course, more abrasive than the blue ones, which claim to be non-abrasive. the act of scratching br>br>I cut these sheets into smaller sizes with a utility knife. br>br>Given my workload for this type of thing, this box may last a lifetime, but it was well worth the money.
Last but not least, there's the matter of mothers: Mag & For a gleaming appearance, use Aluminum Polish. That movie reel is now in excellent condition and can be used as a decorative piece.
Scotch- At my home and shop, brite is a must-have. At my job in aviation, I use them on a regular basis. I had grown so accustomed to using them that I decided to buy some for my home shop. They've become a favorite of mine and my wife. I cut them into 4" squares most of the time. At our house, a box lasts a long time. When you need a little more muscle to clean something, this is a great option.
It's great as a general cleaner around the house, and it works wonders on stains in the kitchen and bathroom, but it loses its high cleaning power quickly, and then it's just like a regular sponge. Because of the product's short lifespan, it's best used on surfaces that are difficult to clean, such as bathrooms, WCs, and sinks. However, do not throw them away right away; they can still be used in combination with other cleaning powders.
These were used to sand and gloss our natural woodwork. These were suggested as an alternative to sandpaper in a recent article. They buffed the woodwork sufficiently to ensure that the primer adhered to the surface, making painting a breeze. They come highly recommended from me!.
