The bottom of the Rubbermaid Commercial FG296300GRAY Brute HDPE Heavy-Duty Case is made of HDPE which is both sturdy and flexible. The 10-gallon bucket is designed for heavy duty use. Unlike other quart containers with handles on the bottom, Gray lacks such a handle. Despite being rigid on the bottom, it has a smooth surface that will make it easy to grip.
I agree that it is sturdy, but as for being too heavy? It holds 5 gallons). The amount of weight to be carried by a single handle is large, especially in cases where the travel is not just short distances. Please accept this as my sincere apology.

This bucket has a solid construction and a functional design. As opposed to other buckets, it bears weight well without bending. The handle is made of plastic and has a nice grip. The water is being wasted too much!
