The heavy duty nature of it is true. I like that the tub has a deep bottom. Almost a year have passed since I received my dish tub, and I have had no issues with it. Aside from being easy to maintain, I believe it will last for a very long time.

This washbasin is able to handle a full tub of water for dishwashing. That reminds me of the washtubs I used to have in my childhood home. Our greywater often ends up in tubs we carry out to the garden. Ours often fails within a few weeks and we have found that most tubs are not designed to handle it. Despite the rigidity of the tub and the presence of nice handles, you can move the load without fear that it will My hope is to be able to find a replacement, if and when I need one in the future. They've already turned up half a dozen times in my home! Therefore, when I saw that Rubbermaid dishpan I had to have A brown one I got in the mid-eighties is still with me. This is the perfect tub for dishes or big items. Only the antimicrobial product embedded in it made me give it a three star instead of a five star. This is not the best course of action. If you have a dividing sink (2 parts), this is the perfect side to go on either side. Originally I bought the basin to use on camping trips, but I can see myself using it in the kitchen so my sink(s) doesn't get ruined. This deep basin has a rim so you can carry water from the water spigot to your table (or vice versa) while camping. You should invest a couple of dollars extra in a Rubbermaid and I highly recommend it.
