I love the 2 mg cinnamon flavor a lot. It is easy to chew 1/2 a piece at a time. It is likely to be liked by most people. The only gum that I have found to be effective after chewing them for years is the 4mg cinnamon gum at 1/2 a slice at a time.
The nicotine gum was 10 cents less than the nicorette brand, so I was hoping to like it. What flavor is there it doesn't last very long, and what there is don't last very long either. Nicolette is skilled at what they do, and I won't make the same mistake two times in a row.

My taste buds have been bombarded with a great deal of mint flavor through four different brands of cinnamon mix gum. However, the packaging for all of the products says cinnamon when it isn't. There were also a lot of pieces throughout that looked discolored, making me think they were old, but the expiration date is fine. I would not recommend this one.
