It has a mild taste and does not have strong aroma. In the past I have always used patches, but I bought these lozenges when they were no longer available. Every 2 hours or whenever you feel like smoking, I took them to avoid a crash. Tasteless and slowly dissolve, they are not powerful in taste. One size does not fit all when it comes to these products. Besides the burning taste of nicotine gum and the big lozenges giving me heartburn, I didn't like the big lozenges. It has been almost five years since I stopped smoking. As soon as I gave up, I used patches and A week after using the patches, I no longer needed the freaky dreams to get me through the night. I just look like a mint is popping into my mouth if I am at work. With no stink and a more keen sense of smell, I no longer have to worry about stinking. At this price point, this is a very good product. My experience with this product has been that it is 20 to 30% less expensive and works just as well as similar brands. As a result of using this product, I stopped smoking and quit most of my cravings about smoking. Relapsing has been an issue for me several times, but I've come back to this product each time and have been able to break the habit each time. Congratulations to those who have decided to give up!.

I have tried the name brand and these are just as good for much They finally came out with a generic version, which I appreciated. In the past, I have used the mini-computer I have used lozenges to quit smoking in the past and prefer them over As a downside, if you want to avoid heartburn, you shouldn't swallow. As dipping without the harmful effects of tobacco, I just think of it as that. It's better than smoking a cigarette to use cheap paper cups. Some might find that gross, but it's better than smoking. In a matter of two weeks, the hellish cravings had to be suppressed. One of these worked just fine, and I only had to use it every so often. My smoking habit ended 35 years ago when I stopped cold turkey. Using dipping would have been impossible. Cigarettes with steroids are dip. It is like smoking a carton of cigarettes at the same time when you dip. For anyone who was a smoker and then a dipper, quitting smoking is easy compared to giving up.

You must move the liquid by hand unless you want it to dissolve. The material is mushy and leaves a residue on your teeth. This product is unlike Nicorette or even the Walmart brand. The idea works, but there are more effective solutions.
