That does not apply to me. A lot of information is provided on the back of the package. gum that you would normally find in a grocery store. When people ask for some, I always say, "I'd give you some, but it's for my smoking habit.".

If you are unable to find a good brand of gum, try another one

In my experience, gum was a bad habit that I quit many years ago and when I started again a few years ago, I really wanted to go back So far, I've purchased other brands and have tried this one now and it's I wouldn't make it if the only option was this. It has an off texture and tastes like paste and I wouldn't make it if it was the only option. Don't try this one if you want to succeed. If you want to succeed, try other brands (generics are fine).

Two mg is a great dosage and it doesn't make you feel too euphoric like four I think this product's packaging is a little tough to open and I find the mint flavor to disappear faster than I expected. It is one of the heaviest things I have tried to give up smoking and I am grateful for nicotine gum, but overall, I think they should make it a little smaller with a stronger mint flavor that lasts longer.

A tasteless meal

Gum is hard and tasteless and sticks to dental work. ( A Having tried other brands that did not work and tasted good without sticking to dental work, I would not recommend it. The cost is higher, but they are Since this is so awful, the only positive I can think of is that it will help you to get off Nicotine products sooner.

There is no taste at all! I hate it more than anything else. You are chewing on an impossible piece of cardboard. So frustrating that when you don't want to light that cigarette, this is the only option you have. Terrible.

Pieces last only a few minutes and the flavor isn't that strong. I hate that. Due to the fact that I dealt with it, chewed the gum, and still successfully quit, I rated it two stars. If you wish to take a more durable, better tasting alternative to Zonnic's Cinnamon flavor, I recommend Zonnic's 2mg Cinnamon flavor.
