My quit smoking has been in effect for three weeks now, so let me tell you why I stopped. The first time I heard about them was on a blog. I am taking 6 to 8 lozenges a day and I take a very low dose of hypertension medication. In the case of buying something like this through Walmart, I could return it for a full refund, but there is no way to return something The purchase of this product left me extremely disappointed and I wonder if I had selected a name brand would it have been less harmful, or if I simply got a bad batch or got a batch with more nicotine than advertised?.

Obviously, this product had a different taste than Nicorette lozenges, which I was using for one month, and I switched to these to see if there was any difference or if Differences in those two are HUGE, and not in a good way. Besides being awful tasting, I get a "sticky" feeling in my mouth when eating this. A very minimal amount of mint flavoring can be detected. Previously, I had been using Nicorette mini-lozenges, so it was a mistake to buy these, and the size and the amount of time it took to consume during one use Due to its stickiness and sliminess, it was unbearable in my mouth for the length of time it was there. However, their one positive aspect was that they were so nasty that I did not want to use them and just gave up on using any nicotine replacement to completely stop smoking. I did that for myself, but I am not certain whether others would not easily begin smoking again after stopping. suggest sticking to Nicorette instead of generic products if you're trying to quit smoking in a serious way.

I love it! It has been almost a week since I began using them. While I still have strong cravings for them at times, these have taken the place of cigarettes for me and significantly reduced my withdrawal This lozenge helped me to achieve 100% smoke free status, and I credit it to them. The only thing I can say about them is that they do not dissolve in water It's not possible for me to accomplish 30 minutes. In spite of my best efforts, I have yet to completely dissolve any I have left one in for the maximum of two hours. Even after that, it hasn't completely dissolved yet. My personal preference is not to mind because it helps me to cut down on the amount of cravings I have and help me feel more satiated. First thing in the morning is when I get my strongest craving. When I finish my morning routine, I take a lozenge right away. It takes up to an hour for that first craving to diminish, after which the cravings tend to be tolerable all day long. It is not on a regular (every two hours) basis that I take these. I would always have one in my mouth that way since they dissolve for me in about that long. As such, I only use them when I feel the urge to indulge a craving coming on or when I am approaching a situation facing a trigger. The idea is to help me not to become too dependent on them over time. My recommendation for these is an emphatic yes! Smoking for 6 years reduced my life expectancy by over a third. After I ran out of my pack, I did not purchase another. The first day I started using them, I continued smoking. Now that I am 5 days smoke free, I am feeling much better. Despite my best efforts, I became dizzy after a short while of smoking a cigarette. I was so sick to my stomach that I actually felt a little queasy. I'm so happy! Here is the progress so far.

While the taste of this product is amazing, the texture is really an issue. I expected the lozenges to be between a dime and a nickel in size, but they turned out large. As soon as the hard coating breaks down, an absolutely repulsion slimy coating appears. If you have ever had to clean out the inside of a fish tank or have seen a slimy layer of algae on a river rock bed, you understand what I mean. You may feel a coat on your throat, which you just can't get rid of. It must be possible to come up with a better product. It would not be a purchase I would make again.
