It was a gum that I used for three years to stop smoking. After that, divorce, etc. To make sure I used the entire 4 mg, I separated the gum cards into separate packets and used the gum cards sparingly. I took the second half of the 4 mg cards and cut them in half so that they were 2 mg gum. I continued this process until I only had half the 4 mg cards left. At some point, I couldn't tell the difference and easily transitioned from cutting all the gum in half to chewing it whole. In the end, I found it to be more of a bother, and I did not suffer from that craving any longer. Because I didn't have to buy another whole box of 2 mg, I was able to save a lot of money.
