A tension adjustment is located on the top of the head for tightening your chin tension and another is located behind your head to hold the device securely in place. If you want to avoid overdoing it, try not to Make sure that you don't tighten these straps too much or you will get temporary lines on your cheeks. Previously, I had a strap that dug into the insides of my ears. I bought this strap because it was much more comfortable.
The measurements I saw when I ordered weren't listed. As this is my first CPAP mask, I just ordered the small size because I need the smallest size. This is what I found on another website *Sizes The small 23" - 27" size The smaller sizes are 25", the medium sizes are 25" to 27" and the larger sizes are 27" to 29". The small fits me pretty well, but even the large is a little big. It may help to know that.
Compared to our previous Respironics Ruby chinstrap, it's very similar. Different product made by a different company.

My head wouldn't even be able to fit in it. It has been my experience to use medium/large adjustable straps in the past. Even though it was advertised as being able to fit mediums and larges, it was not designed to do so. It is also restricted in terms of its adjustment range. Despite the advertisement, I received a different brand than the one I ordered. The chin strap looks like it would be a cold fusion ruby After looking over the ads again, I see that it is marketed as Legend brand, colored Ruby. OK, I misspoke there. I was sent the Sunset Health Care Solutions Brand instead of the Legend brand, which is a completely different name from what you saw This product is of poor quality, the range of adjustment is minimal, and the main purpose of the product is misrepresented. I do not recommend purchasing this product. This is the first time I have bought an item on Amazon that was a ripoff. There is no quality to this product.
Having used Ruby chin strips for more than four years, let me tell you. Their fit and durability have never been an issue for me, and they have always seemed to be top of the line. Previously, I owned straps that were made in the United States. *br/*br Anyway, I bought two new straps about two weeks ago, and the one I have been using has stretched out much faster than I anticipated in such a short time. Now, it is split in three places and I cannot use it at all. A FIVE STAR REVIEW AFTER TWO WEEKS USAGE! There's a label on these straps that says "made in Taiwan". I will begin using the second strap tonight, and I hope that it will last more There might be a problem with the one I got Time will tell if this is the case. It has been contacted by the distributor via Amazon, and I'm waiting for their response. This product is excellent otherwise, so I hope changing manufacturers doesn't ruin it.
1 February ---- I have updated. It was an immediate response from the distributor and a replacement strap is on its way. It is only a matter of time until we know. The 28th of February is the latest update. Despite a little wrinkling, the second strap is still providing good service. However, it seems to be stretching a little faster than the previous ones. Replacing the strap was immediately handled by the distributor after I sent an update. It was a pleasure to receive the prompt response you provided The strap has been replaced and I would rate it at 3 to 4 stars at this time, mainly due to distributor responses.
It's a total waste of money to buy this chinstrap. My clothes did not last much longer than a week due to the lack of elastic in the fabric. My chin straps have been in use for more than a decade, so I know quality when I see it. I would say about six months It was impossible for this chin strap to pull itself back together after seven days of use. As if when you bend a rubber band it becomes hard to snap back to its original shape. Do not buy this one if you cannot afford it!.
Having owned one Ruby Red before (the first lasted for years), I now have a second one. As far as quality is concerned, we seem to have maintained it. I agree, but. It is not true that one size fits all, whether it is small, medium, or large. In addition, my head has not grown bigger and this Ruby Red is too small for me. Straps need to be extended by 3/4" - 1" The length of this sentence is one inch. Most of the overlap is 1/2", but that's quite a stretch As it is, the larger hook on the back barely reaches to attach and pulls too tight on the chin strap. My experience with this chin strap has been nothing but bad. Sizes small to large are mentioned on the label. Does my head size make me look gigantic?
