I have found this strap to be the only kind I have found that is tight enough to keep my mouth shut as it isn't at all stretchy. The only problem is that there is a seam right under the chin that causes discomfort after a few hours.

The customer service department does not exist. Package had been opened, taped back up, and the product was still in the original packaging. I asked for a return confirmation several times, but I did not receive one from the seller. As well, the product material appears to be too thin to be comfortable when used. In addition, there does not seem to be enough Velcro to hold the strap over time.
