Yes, I have been using it for several months now, and it is great. The only thing I need to fix with my beard is the sides are already wearing out, so I will need to replace it In terms of comfort, however, it has been the best I have used in the last year.
It would be better if it came with a chin strap, so that it would fit better.

The problem of snoring changed my life and I decided to take both approaches to it. In addition to the strips, I ordered a strap as well. These strips stopped my snoring after a week of wearing them.
I am very satisfied with the results. It was my fear that it might not be enough, so I wore the strap and used the strip that night, but my wife complained I snored once Again, same result. I stopped using the mask and relied only on the strips, and I did not snore. The snoring problem is most likely in my nose, likely caused by a swollen passage or a collapsed septum. It is possible that a snoring problem is caused by the throat, so the strap might have helped in those cases. The same was true of mine, and I snored when I was held or even encouraged to keep my mouth shut during sleep. I think the lesson to learn is to keep trying one thing at a time. One hint that the strips might work was that the second I put one on, my nose opened up and I could breathe through it easily. If that doesn't work for you, try the strap instead. An Ace bandage can also be used to make a strap. Simply wrap a wide stripe of fabric under the chin and tie it above the head. This strap is making your mouth tend to stay closed in much the same way as the tongue tie. This is what I will say. This strap or one similar to it would be a good option if you actually need one. In addition to requiring an additional strap, they are difficult to keep on if you have long hair, even with tiny ear holes (that may not be located in the right place).
This strap helped me to keep my mouth moist for a few months before writing this review, and I gave it 5 stars for 80% dry mouth relief. Another sleep problem I have is Bronchio spasm, a condition in which the airways narrow while you're sleeping causing you to gasp for air. In order to use the strap you need to close your mouth and breathe through your nostrils for a week or two. After that, you will become more accustomed to it and have better breathing your sinuses will begin to function more efficiently. * I also use a hepa air filter in my bedroom. I turn it on at night before sleeping. In combination with the air filter and strap, I have not experienced Bronchio spasms or waking up in the middle of the night Having been a senior for a long time, one has to do and experiment with what works for them. It's definitely not what I want to get to where I have to use Fortunately the strap is comfortable. It can move a bit from side to side and slide down your chin at times but that isn't a big deal once you adjust it appropriately. I thought it might be helpful.
The mouth guard (brace) I ordered replaced the other one I had, which was not adjustable. When you get used to it, you'll find that this one is adjustable and easier to wear. I also like that it has beefier materials than Velcro, feels good on the face, and holds my mouth from shifting open while I use the cpap machine with the nose pillow. The fact that the product is made in America at a reasonable price is also a bonus. My first three uses have been good, and I would purchase.
Have been using it for a while. As soon as I put it on, I had a nightmare that I was being smothered to death. This was my one and only experience with it. In the middle of the night, I could not open my mouth. It really isn't fair to say I have severe obstructive sleep apnea, which lies outside what this device can remediate.
In the end, it is a piece of wearable ware that seems to be well made. Because it stretches so much, it fails to keep your mouth shut after a short period of time (you have to keep adjusting it because it stretches out) and it doesn't stay in place no matter how much you tighten the Velcro strap on It is for that reason that I rated it lower.
I like the fact that this chin strap is large enough and does not leave marks on my head like another brand of chin strap I owned in the past. Has an unpleasant odor and they stipulate that you should always wash it before using. There is a delay in the disappearance of the odor. If there had been no odor, I would have given it five stars. The product is good and I would purchase it.
As a result of these problems, I was waking up several times a night while sleeping on my back, and overall, this product has been a helpful Besides being adjustable on top and behind the head, I like the way it is. My chin cradles my mouth so that it is kept closed. As far as I can tell, this is meant for someone with a larger head or Even with the velcro options, it would be great if it came in a few different sizes. Because it's kind of stinky out of the bag, you need to wash it a couple of times and air it out. I was able to sleep through the night without any problems other than that. Thanks a lot!.
Neither lasted or held up in the long run.
