Mine exploded in the microwave, so I don't know exactly how big they are. They are approximately the size of a half-face/head. Here are two more for you. It was bad to touch, but I need to mention that the fake plastic smell was so bad you won't want to come in contact with it! The smell of chemicals was actually quite strong!

The packs work okay for cold packs, but are a waste for hot packs. If the gel pack is microwaved for over 15 seconds, it must be put in a pot of hot water, let sit for a few seconds, and even then it still only holds heat as long as a towel.
