Let me tell you something, Jack It's unlikely that you are looking at this product if you didn't already know that you need a dentist. But for whatever reason, either you do not have the money or you do not have the time to seek treatment. This stuff works great, so just let me say that. Whenever this period comes, you will be able to use it, and if you give it a little time to set, some moisture to set its shape, you will manage. This is not a permanent solution, however, and you'll eventually need to put in more time or funds (whichever you lack) and get yourself to the dentist to fix the rot, since it's still happening underneath the hole you are taking care of.
