My bottle does not say to press side tabs; instead, press down on the top and turn in the arrows' direction. br>I hope this is helpful.
My response is that I work 12 hour shifts 5 days a week, and some nights my entire body aches. I take 12 hour aleve tablets right before bed, and I feel much better the next morning. For the past four years, I've been taking aleve. So, my advice is to give it a shot. Good health to you.

This is the only medication that relieves the pain in my right knee caused by bone-on-bone rheumatoid arthritis. The only thing is that I have to be careful not to take too many, as this can result in shortness of breath.
Aleve is one of my favorite pain relievers because it always works quickly. Why do we use caplets when the gel aleve is so much cheaper and easier to swallow?.
The fact that the expiration date is less than 6 months away is a source of frustration. I've never gone through 130 tablets in such a short period of time before. It was a waste of money. I would have purchased a smaller size if I had been aware.
It's all good. It was the first time I attempted it. It was a success.
Aleve is the only OTC pain reliever that lasts longer than 30 minutes for me. Great value; better than even the local discount stores. This type of bottle is extremely difficult to open. So I emptied both of them into a large bottle with a wide, soft, easy-to-pour spout that I have at home. open lid. This purchase has made me very happy.
Excellent item.
Excellent analgesic.
