Yes, I took Advil, but I believe Aleve is preferable. Aleve has a fairly long half-life of approximately 11 hours. After 12 hours, it starts to wear off...Advil only lasted 3 hours. 4 hours.

The pills had all melted together when they arrived, and they had all arrived melted. The container's bottom melted away. This clearly wasn't just an afternoon in a hot truck, and after seeing this, I wouldn't trust the seller's storage.
