Do these help with my back pain in the lower back? Seem to. br>br>The issue is in putting them into practice. They wrinkle horribly, causing them so much discomfort that I had to take it off. While other Salonpas patches wrinkle, they aren't nearly as bad as these, and you don't end up with glue stuck to your skin. I'm glad they have strong glue, but it's the source of the issues. br>br>I'll use these instead of throwing them away, but I won't buy them again.

It's incredible how effective these are. If you frequently use a heating pad, these will have the same effect when worn. You are not required to use a plug-in device.

It's unbearably hot outside! My levator scapulae muscle spasms and hurts all the time

These are very effective, but they are extremely hot. I suppose the skin between my shoulders is more sensitive than, say, the skin on my lower back, but I have a pretty high pain tolerance and can only tolerate these for about 20 minutes before my skin starts to burn. If the number was 50 or higher, It would be ideal if 60% as strong as strong as strong as strong as strong as strong.

They aren't nearly as good as they once were

I've been using these patches for a long time, primarily to help with my back. They used to get really hot and provide a lot of relief from pain. br>br>This batch doesn't do much other than go on smoothly and stay put. I'm not sure if I'm getting any heat. This saddens me.

For my back pain, I've tried a variety of patches. Heat works best for me because I have arthritis, and they work great for me, but they get too hot for my friends. If you suffer from arthritis, I strongly advise you to try it.

It's easy to use and lasts a long time. Over aching joints, cut to fit. When you remove the straps, it lasts for days. It's great that it doesn't have a menthol or minty scent.
