In the sticky department, there is a deficiency

They don't stick particularly well, but they do last long enough for me to sleep through the night, which is all that matters to me. If I want to wear it on my back during the day, I simply wear a slightly tight undershirt underneath my clothes to keep it in place. They're great for my back pain aside from that!.

This is far superior to the narrow ones. Can only be used for three nights before switching to a heating pad for a couple of nights before returning to these. It's a little pricey, but if you're in pain, money shouldn't matter.

My son is a wrestler and a quarterback in high school. A lot of aches and pains in the muscles. Only his aches and pains are treated with Icy Hot. This is an excellent product.

When nothing else works, I use icy hot patches to relieve my back pain. They stick quickly and don't come loose until I take them off! If these were to become unavailable, I'm not sure what I'd do!.
