I wrote a review on the product-None of the products I bought reached that date. There are several boxes that are going to expire within the next few months and I stocked piled them. I normally take an hour or so to fall asleep when I am sick. However, if I took them an hour prior to going to bed, I would fall asleep almost as soon as I got to I am also able to perform my tasks during the day thanks to them. Coughing and a runny nose are always a nuisance to me when I have the flu. On the other hand, I tend to cough and blow my nose every half hour or so with these. I stopped taking this the day after I felt okay after around five days of being sick, and a couple days after that I felt worse.
