I've been using Theraflu for a long time. Cold medicine has never disappointed me in all my years of using it. You do a great thing by drinking it as a hot drink since that in itself is very soothing. It takes 15 minutes for the ingredients to work, and within that time, the headaches and body aches have subsided, as well as the runny nose.
