There is a little problem with the watch size

My barrier was a little big, so it fell off after I put my shirt on, but once under my shirt it stayed on. Was a little warm and had a ruffle on it, so I cut it off in order to make it lay flat under clothing.

My favorite thing about it is that it reduces odor. A pouch with a bottom that rubs against my skin is preferable to me than having fabric next to my skin. The product is rather pricey for what it is, but it works, so I ordered a second one for wash days.
