The zipper on the bottom of the bag opens with Velcro if you don't want to take it off. If you don't want to take it off, just take it off to empty your bag, then pop it back on. The comfort of the fabric against my skin when I have it tucked into my clothes and the ease of the light weight of the garment make it enjoyable for me.

This ostomy set fits my Hollister two piece set very well and has not fallen off yet. To sleep at night, I wear one under my shirt and night gown. I just changed all of my see-through bags, which I just acquired five months ago, though I would like to use them up before I change them again. My underwear will not have to be conspicuous any more, and I don't have to hide that unsightly clear bag inside my underwear any more. The best thing you can do with the bag is to let it There is no more worried about a breeze blowing your shirt off or getting up in the morning with it on.
