It's so cool that belt! As of right now, I have two. the bag on first, then you put on the belt. Slip the bag through the hole of the belt, ensuring that the outer section of the bag is loose along with the plastic loops under the belt ring. This helps secure the bag in place and maintains a tight seal. Bags will last longer when used with this product. This bag has lasted almost 4 weeks since I started using it. The chances of having a leak are also much lower.
XL was way too big for me, too, since I also have a 38 waist. I found that a large fit better than a medium

Because it keeps me from feeling like my guts are crumbling out, the garment snugs up around my middle. They are still very cute, even though they don't appear to be! There is almost too much material here or I could tighten it up a bit. In addition, it takes a little weight off one side of my stomach, which is good for my back. Initially, I bought it because I developed a small hernia around my stoma, and my doctor recommended I purchase a support to help support I had a hernia when the hole in this belt arrived, but the hole in this belt is so big I found that my stoma, hernia, and skin around them were exposed once I put it on. I did not expect it to be like this.
Worked for me. I was given almost the same thing as at the hospital, except for the difference in taste. Honestly, this is a good product. Order yourself a size before you place your order. Differences are made when it is done. Despite still being hot, I only feel it around my waist, not crotch to armpit, and more importantly, my abdomen is staying flat. Stowa pouches do not need to be unvelcroed so I can clean them.
The product does what it is advertised to do and works very well. This belt works well and I use it much more frequently than I did my Stealth Belt Pro. It is an excellent belt that I highly recommend.
