On the basis of their instructions, it seems like the application would be hard in the middle. How does it perform on the left side of a medium-sized screen?

With a hernia on the left side of the bellybutton, I have a stoma on the left side of my bellybutton. I use the 44" long 8" wide belt, which I find to be very useful. A day per week) and bend as much as you can. As with all the other parts, the belt has a tendency to bind up a bit. As far as I can tell, they do wear out (velcro) after a couple months, same as everything else I have tried. Sometimes I turn the belt upside-down with the velcro straps on top of it to free the stoma from the pinching and binding. The product, on the whole, has been satisfactory to me. In terms of price, it is a great deal. When we turn the belt upside down, the belt goes to the middle of the right side, or when we reverse it the belt goes to the middle of the left side. I don't understand why the belt would be in the middle of the back unless it is too

Rather than two and a half inches, this one probably has two and a half inches.

I need a larger pouch to fit through this hole

I was urged to get this by my Physical Therapist. I was unable to use my pouch system because the opening was too small. My orthopedist then told me he would rather I not wear a back brace anyway and that I should strengthen my back prior to a back operation he would be performing.
