They are not reusable if they are stuck to the bottom of your foot. If you adhere them to the insole of your shoes, they will last for a long time before flattening out. I hope you find this information useful.
You place it in the space behind your foot's ball. Examine the marks left in your shoe by your foot. It should be placed just behind where the ball of your foot makes a mark.
These are universal in terms of where they can be used. They can be worn on either the left or right foot.
Each package contains 24 pads (12 pairs).

br>br>I was unable to walk due to a Mortons neuroma. br>br>It's just starting to get nice outside again, and I was convinced that golf would be out for the year, if not for the rest of my life. br>br>I feel like a new person after using these for about a week. I don't have a limp or any pain when I walk. br>br>They're a little uncomfortable to wear all day, but it's worth it to get rid of the neuroma pain. br>br>I only have a problem with my right foot, so I turned the left foot pads inside out and used them on my right foot. br>br>Now I have 12 pads to use on my right foot. br>br>I believe I will need to purchase another one once these pads have been used up. br>br>I am very pleased with my purchase and am glad that I did.
br>br>These are excellent for my problem, which was severe pain in the middle of both feet's balls. br>br>These inserts are now in every pair of shoes I own, and I can't imagine not having them. br>br>The key is getting the metatarsal pad in the right place in the shoe and making sure it's the right solution for your problem to begin with. br>br>The widest part should end just above the point where your ball of foot begins. (The goal is to splay your toes out and create a more even walking surface so the pressure is not concentrated in one area when you step down. ) - My first pair of shoes were purchased from a local sports medicine store, where I received helpful advice. br>br>The pack I received contains 24 foot pads, which are significantly less expensive on Amazon than they are locally.
On these pads, I'm having a lot of trouble removing the adhesive cover. There is no tab to hold, and it is impossible to separate the pad from the adhesive's protection. To get a grip on the pad and remove it, I cut a slit into it. The adhesive is also not waterproof, which adds to the problem.
By the third day, I'm able to get them off with a little less difficulty. I've even taken them off to shower and put them back on without difficulty. I simply dab a little water on them to make them stick again if they are dry. And they stay in place! br> As long as I keep the metatarsalgia pads on, I can walk without much pain. br>Customer service is fantastic; I received a response to my email two days after I sent it. I'm a big fan of what you've done so far.
br>For starters, peeling off the backing is extremely difficult. Because there is nowhere to grab without tearing the felt, removing the backing requires a lot of fiddling, tearing, and sweat. br>After that, they stick to the foot nicely, but the adhesive remains on the foot after the pad is removed. It needs to be scrubbed off, but sometimes it just won't go away, clinging to all the debris on the floor and making a mess on the bottom of your foot.
So - The two stars are a result of this. br>Other pads have a much better adhesive and can be removed from the backing much more easily.
I have a Morton's Neuroma (a pinched nerve behind the third toe that is a very common ailment). I wasn't expecting much, if anything at all, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much they were able to assist me. Every step without them causes me pain. I never feel anything when I'm with them. I've been wearing them for six months and may have to wear them forever, but that's fine because the glue never slips and lasts for days, and if not too many days, you can even reapply the same one after a shower. They're also worn by my grown daughter, who has a different foot problem. She simply needs to find it in a different location. This is an excellent product.
We used a scraper, and while it worked, doing all of the floors this way would be a never-ending project. We tried using mineral spirits, but it didn't work. We'll have to refinish our floors, which will be costly, but it'll be the only way to get rid of the wax buildup.
This is the first time I've tried pads that adhere to your feet directly. I can put the pads exactly where I need them and they will stay put! If you have Morton's toe, I strongly advise you to purchase these pads and read Dr. Burton S. "Why You Really Hurt: It All Begins in the Foot," by Schule, is a book about why people get hurt.
