Questions & Answers

Can you put these in a shoe? My doctor showed me how, and they are less expensive when they are in a shoe. ?

Yes, the adhesive backing is exposed and the shoes are placed in them. My podiatrist demonstrated how to properly insert them into my shoes.

Do you apply these to your calluses directly or underneath them?

My wife applies them to the ball of her foot directly.

What are the pads' measurements?

They have a shape that is roughly triangular: They're two. They're 75 inches tall and 2 inches wide at their widest point. 5 inches.

The ball of my foot is the only part of my foot where I have pain. Is it correct that I position the pad nest to (rather than under) the ball of the foot for pain relief?

As shown on the package, I put mine just behind the ball of my foot. It's been very effective, and I've used it on all of my shoes.

It's a great pad, but make sure you put them in your shoes the right way
5/5

This is the ticket if you have Morton's neuroma, as I do. I sometimes stack two for added support; however, the placement on the foot is incorrectly depicted. They should be placed horizontally across the foot (shoe), with the thicker side on the big toe side, and the top edge of the pad running just behind the metatarsals, or "knuckles," so that the pad bears your weight rather than the swollen joints.

Pads similar to these were provided by the podiatrist and are placed in strategic locations on
4/5

My right foot's underside has been bothering me for quite some time. Pads similar to these were provided by the podiatrist and are placed in strategic locations on the innersole of my shoes. The discomfort vanished almost instantly. However, if I wanted to buy extras to take home, the podiatrist charged way too much. After that, I went to Amazon and discovered this product. Because of the thickness, it does not fit every shoe; it is slightly larger and thicker than the ones used by the podiatrist. They have, however, saved me a great deal of money and, more importantly, a great deal of pain in my feet. I just wish they had a smaller version of the same pad available.

Ahhhhhhh! Relief! Because I have very little padding on the bottoms of my feet, my podiatrist recommended these
5/5

It was a struggle to walk. He claimed that by shifting the position of my foot as I walked, these pads would relieve some of the pressure on the ball of my foot. I bought foam inserts at a discount store (for 99 cents a pair) and adhered these pads to them, using one set in each pair of shoes.

Relief from pain
4/5

These relieve the pressure on my hammer toes, allowing my feet to function more effectively. The pad's thickness has held up well after a few months. If your shoes don't have removable inserts, I strongly advise you to purchase some so that the pads can be placed on the inserts rather than the shoes themselves. Because the pads are so sticky, I'm sure there will be sticky residue on the surface when it's time to replace them. It's better to wear a removable shoe than your regular shoe. It's a good idea to have a few pairs on hand for replacements and to use with different shoe inserts. They do get dirty quickly, but if you wear socks, you'll have a barrier between your foot and the dirt. It is highly recommended.

It is impossible to keep it still! I ordered these after having such good luck with another brand, but apparently brands aren't the same, and these don't stick
3/5

br>Place them on the sandals that I use these pads with all the time. In less than a week, the first pair were gone. I removed them from my sandals and cleaned them with alcohol before allowing them to air dry overnight. The second set is slipping off as well! I'm sorry I didn't try them when I first bought them; I had some left over from an order with another brand. I'm afraid it's too late to return them.

This is a fantastic solution
5/5

I can take them off and put them back on as many times as I want. This is a fantastic solution. I can take them off and put them back on up to three times, possibly four times. They don't get squashed. I'm in need of metatarsal support, and these have proven to be the best so far, and I've tried almost everything. Some gel pads with a ball at the metatarsal joint are effective, but the "ball" is frequently too large and causes discomfort.

At Long Last, True Comfort! I'm suffering from foot pain caused by a callous on the ball of my right foot
5/5

These are the pads that my podiatrist uses, so I bought them. Just like he does, I trimmed the edges of each one a little. It performs admirably. The pad is applied below the calloused area rather than on top of it, allowing me to walk around the painful area. My doctor stuck the pad to the bottom of my shoe's innersole, not to my foot. Because I have a lot of shoes, I need a lot of pads on hand. The innersole of one shoe may sometimes fit the innersoles of several other shoes. At long last, true comfort!.

That's exactly what I was looking for
4/5

These pads were exactly what I expected after my podiatrist recommended them. They cushion a section of my feet, reduce pain from nerve issues, and even alter my gait. Compared to custom inserts, this is a much more affordable option. The adhesive is strong enough that I was able to wear each set for about a week before taking them off to sleep. (I use rubbing alcohol to clean the adhesive off my foot. ).
