Mornings are always difficult for me because I have a hard time getting out of bed. It's a pain in the lower back, the legs, and the feet that I frequently deal with. It just took me 30 minutes to notice a difference after putting these pads on my feet. It was honestly impossible for me to believe. In spite of the fatigue, my legs don't feel as heavy and my feet don't tingle as much as before. It smells absolutely fantastic when wearing these foot pads. This tape makes it easy for you to put on your feet. There was a larger patch than expected.
