The third metatarsal of my foot was fractured due to stress. There were a lot of different support pads that I tried. The majority of them are designed to be placed inside shoes. It is not easy to get rid of them once they are in. There is no comparison between this gel pad and a traditional pad. It will fit just right in the right place. Staying in place is easy with the adhesive because it stays sticky. Once it is dried, it becomes tacky after it has been washed. It seems like the stickiness will last if you wash it. The same one I used for the past 4 weeks continues to work well. As I have been recovering, I have worn the pad with flip flops, but I have also worn it with sneakers.

I have been suffering from pain calluses and corns for a long time. I have tried a number of different brands of shoes and running socks before without success. Every now and again, I have to remove the callus on my legs with wart paint. As a result of the gel pads, the soles are relieved of pressure. Running 10 km a day without feeling sore is not an issue for me. It's still imperative to get rid of the calluses that have already developed on your foot with the appropriate method.

So far, I have not been able to see a foot doctor for what I think might be a tailor's bunion. My pinky toe typically gets swollen under the skin and feels firm yet malleable, not hard and bony like a bunion. I do not know what it is at this point, though. The area around your feet can be very sensitive and very painful when you walk on any hard surface. It is particularly painful to walk on pavement wearing shoes. The result can often be an awkward gate and even pain. In fact, I used one of these all day yesterday ( indoors and outdoors) and I was able to walk in perfect normalcy and had almost no pain at all. However, I still feel a little sore at rest and the swelling has not faded, but I am confident that there must be considerably less stress placed on that area thanks to the great shock absorption in them. The disposable one that my podiatrist gave me (I have neuromas in both feet) didn't last long, so I thought these might. It is true that disposables only last for one day, but these do not. It took me maybe 4 uses before they lost their stick, and I'm not even referring to full days. I'd just use them if I took a walk or wanted a little cushioning on my hardwood floors during a moment. Please let me know if there are any ways for us to renew the stick factor. The pads themselves are very thick, which I like. They would be quite costly otherwise.

My two pairs of these have performed well, even though I haven't used all four. Although they could have been a little smaller and I wish I would have bought the thinner ones, they have been very helpful for my feet. Each time I use them, I wash them and let them air dry so they are ready for the next time. The adhesion doesn't last as long as it did in the past. This is a great website, and I'm glad I found it.
