Despite being a 4x wide 13/14, I bought the XL size and am very comfortable in it. If you are able to get by with medium, then large might be comfortable for you. I think you'll find that the extra width is surprisingly comforting once you wear it after you try it on. It might look a little big when it arrives, but the extra width is what makes the robe so comfortable.

My thinking is that you are referring to the fact that in some cases, the item name specifies 'crest' cushion whereas in others, it specifies simply cushion. Buying this for my mom was a great idea. She had it recommended by the podiatrist, actually, he told her to get the rubbery version. It broke after a few weeks after I bought it. It's the loop that I went with because it's adjustable and it should be easy for me to repair or replace if it breaks. During a conversation with another podiatrist, I learned that this one is their preferred option due to the placement of the toe loops and the fit. The reason she liked this one more is that it feels smaller and is flushed with her toes more so than the previous one. In contrast, the other one was prone to bunching and rolling. As a result, she is happy, and I am happy too.
It is held in place by an elastic strap that is able to be adjusted. There are some brands that are all-encompassing I notice a distinctive mark left by the tube-size plastic "eyelet" style on my toe. (My shoes are size 12+, but the little toes are not too 1) It can be easily washed, but it may take a while to rinse out soap residue from within. Unlike the right and left, they don't look identical since they curve. If you try to flip them over they'd look different. As a result, the designation of "left" or "right" has been used. My left foot is the only one that needs them. It was necessary for me to have this because my 4th toe curved under my third toe when I walked, and hurt when I did so. Her nurse recommended it to me after she didn't think to mention it to my podiatrist! The product worked as described, thereby earning the 5 star rating.

I found this product to be uncomfortable and it did not serve the purpose for which it was.
Stays in place only for a short period. It was of no help to me. It is not possible to return a product for a refund Don't be stupid!.

The pain in my hammer toe is cured with this product The shoe inserts help to prevent neuropathy in my shoes and boots. The more I get, the better!.
