They promote themselves as being re-usable. I've only used mine once and have yet to attempt to remove them.

I'm wearing wedge sandals that are easy to put on and take off. I don't put my toes forward when I walk - They slid off as I walked forward, but they were comfortable. Do these make a difference?

For those who have made poor decisions, this is the best solution

To be honest, I'd like to express my gratitude to the seller for providing these. I bought a pair of work boots with a seriously poor design, where the boot eyelets aren't completely shielded by the tongue, causing them to dig mercilessly into my ankle bone. These metatarsal guard-equipped boots aren't cheap, and I can't afford to replace them, so I'm stuck with them until next year, with ankles so sore that you can barely walk by the end of the day. Nothing will stick to the surface because of the material. I tried. Not only is it a relief to use these pads directly across the ankle, but they also stay in place all day and can be easily washed to keep the sticky going. And you're getting six of them! Apart from shelling out over $200 for boots again, this was literally the best solution I could come up with.

First and foremost, Christina was fantastic! These were originally ordered as interview shoes, which I decided I needed to wear. There were some issues with my order when it arrived. She was in charge of everything, after all. I made sure I got a pair just in time, and it made a huge difference in how comfortable I felt in my new heels. I'm not sure why it took me so long to discover this product, but it really does make a difference. I still had aches and pains, but it kept me from slipping around in my shoes, made my foot feel more secure, and helped me recover from an ankle sprain a year ago. I'm not sure if this is unique to these cushion pads or if this is the case with all of them, but they are extremely uncomfortable. I bought them because I have small feet that slip forward when I wear pumps, so I can't wear pumps without straps because they would fall off when I walked. I frequently wear heels, but they must always have an ankle or cross-foot strap. These did keep my foot from slipping forward and the pumps on my foot tight, but they were extremely uncomfortable. Walking was excruciatingly painful. These are better suited for sneakers, but if you're trying to avoid slippage while wearing pumps, they'll hurt.

This style of metatarsal pad appeals to me. They cushion my foot while also preventing it from slipping. They're also good for people with narrow feet because they help to fill out the shoe. The package was a plus because it came with a nice container in which to store them. I loved them so much that I wore all three pairs in a month's time. So I decided to order them again, but when I clicked the "Buy Again" button, I noticed the price had gone up by a dollar. That didn't sit well with me, so I went on the hunt for a less expensive version, and I came across a better deal. I would have given them a five-star rating and ordered another pack if it hadn't been for the price increase.
