On the bottom, they are gel. If they get to the point where they won't stay in your shoes any longer, simply wash and dry them. They'll adhere well once more.
Yes. However, if they begin to move, simply wash them. Allow them to dry completely before using; they'll stick just as well as new!
They won't go well with fuzzy slippers, in my opinion. They do, however, have excellent adhesive.

These Metatarsal pads are perfect for me. This is something I had no idea they made. I had never heard of them until a friend told me about them. br>br>When they arrived, I placed them in two of my three favorite places. I wore them for 5 days with a 5 inch heel. They are fantastic! br> I noticed a difference right away. I get a pain in the ball of my feet after a few hours of wearing heels, and I have to remove them. I didn't experience any pain while wearing these and even walked around in them all day. br>br>These are gifts from Heaven. I was skeptical at first, but after wearing them in two different pairs of shoes for five days, I was sold. I'm going to order a few more pairs for my other shoes. br>br>Every woman who wears heels on a regular basis or only on special occasions and wants to be comfortable in them should have these in her shoe collection. br>These are well worth the money.

On the basis of the review, I purchased this item! And yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa This is a great idea that worked perfectly and stayed put! I tried to remove it to see how it worked out, but the glue/sticker would not budge! Even though it was raining, I was afraid it would start moving, but NOO! That was not the case. This is my second order, so yasssssssssssssssssssssss And I'm going to place another order.
It was challenging to adhere the pads to the soles of my closed toe high heel pumps properly. I had to keep removing the pads after they were inserted to find a comfortable position.
These are excellent inserts! I've bought gel ball inserts before and they've worked fine, but these are by far the best I've ever used. They've been in a pair of athletic shoes and a pair of boots that I've worn. I was on my feet for the majority of the day in both cases, and they were extremely helpful. These are something I'd strongly advise you to try.
They were pleasant to wear and functioned as intended.
The pain in my foot was exacerbated by simply trying it on. I really wanted to like these, but the pad took up more space in the shoe, making my feet even more squished and putting more pressure on them. It's a no for me because my shoe barely fits with the pad on.
In my running shoes, it didn't work. Even with the laces loose, the pads would move in the shoe every time I tried to slip it on.
