I have never been able to maintain these foot pads in place like I have with others. The effectiveness of their function can be seen when you take them off. Eventually your body will produce a couple of gooey, black impurities when the one you are pulling is removed. The first time I use them, I feel a burst of energy. It is great to have them around!.
