With features for arch support insoles and a very good effect on cushioning, the risk of injuring these metatarsals will be very low because the thickness of the ball of foot cushions is 1/4 inch.
These ball of foot cushions have strong adhesion and can be used for a long time if they are fixed to shoes; however, if they can be glued to the feet, they are disposable and can be replaced with new ones after use.
Our orthotic insoles can be worn at any time and in any location.
Underneath the metatarsal bone, place the metatarsal pads.

Despite not being able to remove the adhesive, I was able to use them. At a fraction of the cost of a competing brand, you can do the same job for a fraction of the price. You could probably get a bunch of felt furniture pad blocks and make your own shape, but these are cheap, and I used them for a case of metatarsalgia. When your calf muscles become extremely tight as a result of not stretching them and it affects the ball of your foot- It's extremely painful, so I'm now doing calf stretches every day, but these, along with orthotics, are helping.
Because I didn't want to have to replace the pads every time I took a shower, I attached them to the inserts in my shoes rather than my feet. They perform admirably for the purposes for which I intend to employ them. Every pair of shoes I wear on a regular basis now has a set of pads in them. The only issue with attaching them to the shoe is that getting them positioned in the exact right position, relative to my feet, is a matter of trial and error. The bottom line is that they work, and my feet are so much better as a result.
I give these five stars because they are effective in alleviating pain caused by Morton's neuroma. But 3 for the product, because removing the paper backing must be done with caution because it can and will peel the adhesive as well as some of the felt. This is most likely why they are so inexpensive. Aside from that, they meet my requirements.
For more than two years, I've been putting up with the pain in my left foot every time I take a step. Gabopaten is one of the things I've tried. (It worked, but it depressed me) These small pads are perfect for the ball of my foot and stay put. Just the right amount of padding. NO PAIN.
I've had the pads on for about two weeks now. This product is excellent at adhering to the bottom of my foot and remaining in place. I'm on my feet for 13 hours a day and the pads haven't moved yet. I'll buy these again without a doubt.
However, these should only be used once. They cling to my foot extremely well. If you have to take them out and re-install them, When you use them for the first time, such as when you're taking a shower and pull it off, they usually don't work the second time.
I can wear one of these pads for several days without fear of it slipping out of place thanks to the 3M adhesive.
For all of my shoes, my doctor advised me to use the pads. They make such a difference. No pain!.
