This was a bad item for me. They had the toughness of a rock. I planned to use them for ballroom dancing, 2 1/2 - Heels are 3 inches tall. I had to toss them out in the end.
Yes, you can use it to decorate your tour shoes.
It's about a sixteenth of an inch thick. The thickness of the oval arch area is less than a quarter of an inch. There is no adhesive and it is soft and squishy.
My arches are very high, so I always wear an arch insert under a full-length gown. length of the insole It stays put and does its job well.

These were $80 each when I bought them. I paid $5 for these 00 pumps. For being the floor model, you get a 00 (bonus!). They were in perfect condition, beautiful (I would have paid full price!) and exactly my size; the only problem was that the arch was in the wrong place, so even though they felt comfortable just trying them on, I knew my feet would be killing me after wearing them for more than a few minutes. I was debating between these insoles and the Dr Scholl's "Hidden Arch Supports," which are just a little insert for the arch area, because I felt like my center of gravity was off and I was leaning forward almost because I didn't have arch support (and these are high 4 1/2" heels). I was concerned that adding the insole would make the shoes feel too tight because they fit me so well (except for where the arch was hitting). Not in the least- The insoles are thin but thick enough to provide comfort and support, and the shoes now fit perfectly and are comfortable to walk in for long periods of time--I can wear them to work for 8 hours and still be fine at the end of the day. They also keep your foot from slipping forward and causing toe discomfort. I'm a size 6 in this outfit. I'm a size 7 in women's shoes, and these insoles fit perfectly, so I'm not sure if they'd work for up to a size 10, but they definitely fit well for the lower end of the recommended "shoe size spectrum. " Also, some reviewers have stated that they did not receive the clear inserts pictured (instead, they claim to have received pink cloth inserts). For the record, I chose the "new" option and received exactly what was shown in the picture- the new packaging for the clear inserts Also, it was delivered very quickly; I would highly recommend it. Sorry for the lengthy review; I wish someone had mentioned some of the points I made in their reviews, so I figured I'd share it in case anyone else had similar concerns.
7 years ago, I was a stay-at-home mom, but now that my kids are in school, I've decided to revamp my closet and return to wearing more professional attire as I begin my new career. Wearing "the dreaded high heels" is included in this. " I decided to branch out from my usual kitten heels and purchased these at a drugstore because they were on sale. Let me just say that I've just spent five days in heels (and nothing else) and these have saved my feet! I couldn't believe how comfortable these were and how well they distributed my weight. I was pain-free and confident in my ability to walk. I am a size 9 in clothing. 5 shoe.
To be honest, I'd like to have a dedicated pair of these in every pair of heels I own. They have a slight arch support and decent adhesive. I had only one pair of these when I first got them, and I moved them around as I changed my shoes. With all of the changes, the adhesive wore off eventually, but it lasted much longer than I expected. So when I went out and bought a few more pairs for shoe dedication, I glued them together. So far, so good with the older set in an old pair of wedge sandals! There's nothing I can say that I don't like about it.
I have a high arch, and the part of the insert where the arch rests is quite hard, and it hurts my arch within minutes, to the point where I'd rather not wear them. My ball of foot, on the other hand, is pain-free. If you have high arches, the regular Ball of Foot Cushions for High Heels is a good choice.
I bought these to wear in a pair of heels for a wedding because I have plantar fasciitis and heel spurs in both of my feet. My feet were hurting but not too badly after six hours of dancing. These were extremely beneficial to me. This book comes highly recommended.
They would bunch up at the bottom of my shoe because they didn't stay in place. I also tried double-sided tape to see if that would help it stick better, but it didn't.
br>I tried slipping these into my heels, but they were so narrow that they hurt the sides of my feet, and I didn't feel secure in my high heels at all because my toes aren't two inches wide. They're extremely narrow, with gel support only in the center. br>br>The photo shows how narrow the insole is. It was a huge letdown.
These have a lot of arch support, and the first time I tried to put them in my shoes, I put them in incorrectly and got terrible foot cramps. Otherwise, when properly placed, they are very soft.
