I'm not sure how dense they are, but they're squishy and have some give. They go with any of my shoes, including peep-toes. heels on the toes I hope this information is useful.
Yes, the pads can be washed in warm soapy water and dried.
Yep. I wore these in a pair of high heels that kept slipping off my feet. The wave design of the foot pads gives me something to grip onto in the area between the ball of my foot and the tips of my toes, effectively keeping my foot from slipping free. This item has made me extremely happy, and I'm glad I bought it.
In women's clothing, I am a size 8. They only fit the front of the foot and didn't hurt my feet at all, and they fit any adult shoe size.

I already had a few pairs and was tired of peeling them off one pair of heels to use them on another, so I decided to buy a few more! They stay put and keep my feet from getting that burning sensation under the front part of your foot after a few minutes of walking around in heels. I would recommend it for both heels and flats.
The most comfortable foot pads on the market. Before making a purchase, I read all of the reviews. I had recently purchased a pair of these foot pads from another vendor, and they had excellent reviews, but I neglected to mention that they were quite large. This was the perfect fit for my feet, and they didn't slide or protrude over the top of the shoe. It was as if I were walking through butter. I hadn't been able to wear heels in a long time due to knee pain, but these were fantastic!.
They were on my feet all day and night. They may have prevented my foot from slipping into the toe of my high-heeled shoes. My feet were still hurting at the end of the night, but I believe these helped. The purpose of this shoe is to keep your foot in place rather than to cushion it. I'd use them again if I needed some type of comfort.
Morton's Neuroma necessitates a lift beneath the foot, just below the toes but not quite. This relieves pressure, allowing the toes to separate and the Neuroma to heal without pain; however, it is preferable to avoid having that lift under the big toe. This item is helpful, but you may need to experiment with different placements to find one that is comfortable for you. I'm hoping that someone will come up with a better solution. In the meantime, I'll experiment with it.
They do help with some of the foot pain and soreness I'm having, but not all of it. These are meant to relieve minor foot pains, but mine appear to be more serious. I believe that if I double them up in a shoe, I will be able to get the pain relief I require.
It is extremely beneficial! The best fit, and it works perfectly! My foot is slowly recovering from a two-year injury. These are fantastic pads. And I've bought a few brands, the best being the one I've found so far. Despite the fact that I only use the right one, it is well worth the money.
