It is somewhat dependent on the shoe and the frequency with which it is worn. I have more pairs of shoes than I should, so I don't wear them out as quickly as I should; they last longer than other soul inserts I've tried, and I wouldn't be surprised if they last the entire length of the shoe, as other similar products have in the past.
They're very easy to take off, I wash them once in a while, and they don't cause any damage to my shoes.

I have a thing for stiletto heels, which some might call an obsession. (Okay, maybe that's just my wife saying it. ) ) I have a collection of over a dozen pairs of shoes. And I enjoy wearing them, even when I'm just hanging out at home. They make me feel beautiful and attractive. Just . Happy! br>However, several of the pairs have a very firm insole in the toe box, which I enjoy being taller than my wife. After a few hours in my heels, I begin to feel an electric shock under my big toe. So I came across these pads, which have proven to be extremely beneficial. I can stand for up to half a day before I start to feel uncomfortable. They also assist in keeping my foot in the back of the shoe, preventing my toes from sliding forward into the front. Awesome!.
This is fantastic. You must first align it with your toes; otherwise, standing/walking on the bumpy imprint parts will be uncomfortable. This is a sticky mess. They're difficult to remove once they're on, so make sure you align them correctly the first time.
They slipped all over the place when I tried them on. My ankles are very shaky. not good. br>These are the foot cushions I used. PERFECT . In my new sandals, there will be no slipping. Also, it's very relaxing. I went to the grocery store and had no issues. If you're thinking about it. Take a chance. You will not be sorry if you choose this option.
I like that they don't slip, and I've tried them on without the adhesive in another pair of shoes and they've stayed put.
Despite the fact that I have bunions, I enjoy wearing heels. I recently purchased a 4-pack of 4-pack of 4-pack of 4-pack of 4-pack of 4-pack of I was wearing heels that I liked, but not wedges or platforms like I usually do. I was experiencing some pain in the ball of my foot and thought these shoes could use a little more cushion to make them more comfortable. I looked at a lot of similar products and read reviews before deciding on these. I'm glad I took the opportunity to do so. These are extremely snug and give me just the right amount of cushion without making my shoe too tight. I prefer that I received two pairs of shoes in three different colors so that I have a variety of shoes to choose from. If you're looking for a little more cushion in your shoe, I'd recommend these.
Blisters are no longer a problem in the summer. I bought these to put in my flats to keep them from slipping (I have narrow heels), and they worked perfectly. My only criticism is that if you don't align the cushion in your shoe correctly, the raised bits can end up in less desirable places. It took a few tries to get my first pair right, but the rest went smoothly; it's a great solution, and I'm no longer wearing band-aids on my heels.
It's probably my fault, but I thought these didn't go all the way to the toes. They won't work on sandals because they reach all the way up to the tor. My feet were in pain the entire vacation because I only brought sandals, thinking I'd be able to wear them. Nope. They'll work with heels, wedges, and booties, but not thong toes.
This, however, did not work out. They're a pain. It was nearly impossible to align the raised groove with your toes, resulting in it digging into your foot in an uncomfortable manner. I wish I'd given them a shot sooner. Then I'd have given them back to you.
