: The ergonomic design of our ball of foot cushions effectively relieves forefoot pain caused by Mortons Neuroma, Callus, Plantar Fasciitis, and Bunions by reducing pressure on metatarsal bones. Furthermore, the super soft gel pads provide excellent cushioning, absorb forefoot shock, and keep your feet in place while preventing your foot from sliding forward.

The metatarsal pads are made of a medical-grade silicone gel that is both durable and soft. This material has a gentle softness, a lot of support, and a lot of cushioning, so it's very comfortable for people who have foot pain. Sweat is absorbed by the outer layer (black and beige).

: These shoe pads are suitable for high heels, flats, sandals, and sneakers and are available in a variety of sizes. Before you use them, make sure the shoes are clean, then peel off the adhesive tape from the pads and stick them to the shoes' soles. Once you've put them in your shoes, they'll stay put.

: Our ball of foot cushions are made with a strong sticky back that sticks to your shoes and keeps them in place all day. They can be washed and reused multiple times. If they aren't sticky enough, simply wash them in warm water, dry them, and reuse them.

Is it a pad of adhesive?

Yes. A piece of plastic on each pad can be removed to reveal a sticky surface underneath. The pad is held in place by this adhesive surface. br>I'm going to buy three of them. I'll stuff them into my sandals as well.

Do they have a foul odor?

When they're new, they don't have any odor. If they become sticky later, simply wash them.

Do they appear to be at ease?

Oh yes! I put them on every pair of shoes I own, and I have a lot of them. It was well worth the money I spent on it!

Is the cushioning adequate?

Yes, the cushioning is excellent, and once applied, they remain in place.

I'm completely enamored with these. My husband adores 6 inch heels, and these allow him to do so! I like that it comes in a 12-pack; I'll be ordering more soon! I would give these a ten out of ten recommendation to any of my ladies who enjoy shaking their tailfeathers in heels. Back in my 20s, when I was clubbing five nights a week in stilettos, I would have given anything for these! My feet are extremely arched, so heels have always bothered me, but beautyisspain, so I didn't let that stop me from doing what I love - shopping. dancing with shoes My metatarsals were always the most painful or blistered after a night of dancing. I knew I'd be celebrating a friend's birthday in heels for hours last weekend, so I grabbed these, and I'm not lying when I say they're comfortable. I danced the night away (roughly 6 hours) in only 5 hours. My feet didn't hurt in the moment or the next day because I was wearing 5 inch heels. The pads didn't slip at all during the night, and when I removed them from my shoes in the morning, they still had plenty of grip. Also, keep these in the small baggies that they come in to keep the stickiness!.

I wear 3- I wear 5 inch heels to work every day, and after putting these in my shoes, I can go all day without my feet hurting, and it also keeps my foot from sliding forward too far. I like that there are enough to put in all of my shoes without having to switch from shoe to shoe. I like how there are a variety of colors to match various pairs of shoes.

Flat feet will love it. Wearing heels in my flat feet is excruciating. These gel inserts are by far the best I've tried. br>The pressure I used to feel has significantly decreased, and they have maintained their shape and are still assisting me three months later, despite nearly daily use. They fit perfectly in almost every pair of shoes I own, and I love that they don't leave a sticky residue like other brands have. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase, and I would buy them again.

The pads are incredibly soft and comfortable. The three colors provide a wide range of options for various footwear. In the summer, I wear them barefoot with sandals because the sticky part is usually a strip, but the entire pad has adhesive, providing excellent support. There hasn't been any change in the situation. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of quality for the price.

Exceptionally comfortable and simple to insert - They're also stable! Other arch supports have always caused me problems, but these are perfect: they're easy to put in and have a very strong, sticky base that doesn't move around in your shoe

If you need to reposition it in your shoe for a better fit, you can also take it out. I've even doubled up on them to give my flat arches even more support. These are fantastic - I'm really pleased with them. After receiving the first pack, I purchased a second pack because I enjoyed them so much.
