I think so, but I'm not sure. It looks like a Zippo wad to me, but I'm not sure if it can "store" fluid.
This comes in a package and is one long'strip' measuring approximately 2. 5 to 3 inches wide by 15 inches long, easily separated into two strips I used scissors to cut the size, which worked out fine.
Although lamb's wool can be made into a small cushion, I don't believe anything can make pointy shoes more comfortable. Of course, this is just my opinion!
It's useless for getting into too-big shoes. Lambs wool is great for keeping your feet warm.

I recently had a corn removed that had been causing me so much discomfort and burning for months. He advised me to avoid using any of the store-bought products. In any case, I was overjoyed to discover this. I had never heard of it before, but I came across it while looking for something to help me manage my pain. I made my decision to buy based on the reviews, and I'm glad I did. Now that my corn has been properly removed by my foot doctor, I'm wrapping my toe in this and experiencing no pain, friction, or anything like that. This is the best, and even though I was told to stay off my foot for three days, which I couldn't do, I'm using it and it's really helping me get through the day without irritating the area where the corn was removed. The reason I bought it was because of all of the reviews. I used to be apprehensive, but not any longer. I would strongly advise.
This is the first product that has worked for me in terms of separating my big toe from my next toe while golfing. In a figure 8 pattern, I wrap a piece around the big toe, up between the next toe, and then around that second toe. I make certain that the toes' nails are completely padded. I put on my socks with care and proceed to play golf. After golf, I carefully remove my sock and notice that the figure 8 has formed. Then I use it again and again until it no longer feels right. Then I cut the top portion of the second toe off, leaving the base under both toes, the separator, and the top portion of the big toe. This has proven to be effective in the past and will continue to do so in the future. However, there is enough in the package to last me the entire summer.
