By putting it on my ankle, I kept the shoe from rubbing on it.
There is a lot to it and it may not work the way you would expect. They might be able to wear it if they lose only a small amount however, I prefer to use DR shoe celicon pads for this.
Putting them in your shoe so that no one can see them makes them nude.
Two separate packages are included in this set.

The problem with the tape is that it wears out way too fast and ends up falling ** I was expecting the rolls to have more tape than they had. There was an excessive amount of time spent on finishing. In terms of adhesion, the product isn't that good but it is for the cushion. If you don't mind having to replace the tape frequently, then this product may be a good choice.
Since I was a kid, I've been wearing these in my shoes and sandals. My skin is much less prone to blisters since using this product. These are the sandals I never go without during sandal season.
My heels have these tapes attached to the underside of the straps, so I always keep them on hand. For strappier parts, you can easily make the width thinner by cutting it down. Just in case, I always have one of my heels at my desk when I wear heels at work.
This is a really cool set of strips! I like how easy it is to use the dispenser You can simply roll out a strip the size you want and use the dispenser's cutter to cut it. The backing needs to be removed from inside your shoe and placed inside Here we go! My love of dresses is stronger than my hate for pantyhose It has been my goal for a long time to wear pumps without a hose, and I have finally found a solution for it. It is always a problem for me that the back of the shoe rubs on my heel, causing The product has made my blisters disappear since I found it. Although I agree with others that the strips do not last forever, Some shoes require you to replace the soles after each wear (depends on the type). Finally, the price is not too bad, and since you use less than an inch at a time, the rolls last a long time.
Thank you for informing me that this product has been discontinued. I will let you know as soon as possible. It needs to be brought back by a campaign. We helped a bride with new shoes and part of the bridal party with new shoes!.
Purchasing these trips on Amazon is a great idea the trips are hard to find at the stores and I always use them on all my new shoes to prevent blisters, both because they're easy to cut and to apply.
When wearing certain shoes, these are great for padding the soles of your feet where you are prone to getting blisters.
The odd times when a shoe rubs your foot the wrong way are when you'll find these to be invaluable. The same is true sometimes even for shoes that are otherwise comfortable. maybe you haven't worn a shoe in a long time and you put it on and it is rubbing against your foot in one spot and you are worried a blister might develop. One is in my shoe closet and one is by my front door. I even keep a pack at work and one in my shoe closet.
