We did not get the opportunity to use this material, so I am giving it 1 star. There were some dents and tears on the box which is fine. Being tossed around is normal when going through the mail. There was no security seal on the box and it had been opened! Whether the product is external or not, it is guaranteed to be contaminated, so there's no way to tell if it is safe or.
I liked it. Would buy again. That's why I was pissed when I first saw I was so shocked at how small, it was. The ounces are not in the product description and it was my mistake to fail to do this before buying.
