Customer service helped me open the container after I contacted them about it. If you want to open the tin, you need to place it on a hard surface. If you press down on the designated spot at the top, the seal is broken and the lid is rocked They responded in the following way The tin top would have grooves and a part that said "Press to Open," so I would place my thumb on those words so I could lift it up. The top should be essentially popped off as a result of that. In this case, the opposite side likely poses the most difficulty. *br>*br>If you have an older version of our tin, it is very likely that you will have difficulty getting it off. Changing mechanisms was the main reason for the switch. There will be new and improved packaging soon, as it appears they will be announcing

As a result, it appears they will be presenting new and improved packaging very )I have yet to use it on a bite. Although it has a nice smell and texture, as well as a pleasant scent.
It seems to work fine. The situation is not promising. The only time I can see it working is if I get bitten by a mosquito and I can barely control my itching. As soon as you apply it, your skin becomes relieved. This is where it is okay to scratch if you have recently had a bite and are starting to scratch your wound. It drives me crazy to constantly scratch. When I try to curb the urge to scratch a little less, I still get a scratch! In order to get the product to work, you need to scratch your skin and take care not to irritate the bite. In order for me to avoid scratching all together and for the bite to dissappear faster, I want this product to provide me relief right away. While I will certainly finish it and use it upwards of the recommended time, I will first try another product before buying another one.
There are mosquitoes biting and (my) blood is on the line. Normally, I would use a very powerful Gold Bond lidocaine for my bug bites, or tons of hydrocortisone. However, I would like to try something natural instead. I enjoy applying this balm and carrying it wherever I go There is no need to use cotton swabs like with While it does last longer than non-stick, it does not last as long as non-stick There are natural remedies, but they are often resisted Applying this balm isn't as tedious as it used to be! There is a pleasant smell to it (at least I think so) & In the near future, when I go through this tin I would definitely purchase another! This product is so good that even my family has recommended it to me. Normally I would rate this product as a 5 star, but I keep having to reapply a lot. I think it's a great plant in general A product that's based on a website.
I am stunned! I am highly impressed with the all-natural nature of this product. This balm was a much better alternative to Benadryl lotion or calamine for us, so I'm glad we took the chance on it! It's really amazing how much power can be crammed into that little I put this on immediately after being eaten up by the fire one night, and the itchy feeling in my hands went away immediately!.
There is nothing I have ever used for mosquito bites that works better than this.
There is no way to keep all of those insects away, even with the best citronella and repellents. I have found that this wonderful salve I can apply after several bites and the itch completely goes away! Alcohol or chemicals are not present in this product.

As far as the smell is concerned, it is quite pleasant. It is easy to carry in a pocket or purse because of its small size. I find this to be much better than the other ointments I have tried and it helps to heal my wounds faster, thus preventing I would highly recommend this product!.
