It was used on my leg after it caught fire. I had 2nd and 3rd-degree burns from the knee to the ankle, and I applied the product immediately. The first sensation was intense for a moment and then the pain subsided. The healing process was amazing, no scarring was left behind. When I have burned myself in the past, all I remember is the hours of suffering afterward when it felt as if you were still on fire. I am amazed by this stuff! In order to ensure I have it in every vehicle and kit, I bought 6 more of them.
There is a small burn wrap and ointment in my trauma bag and I hope I never have to use them, but I feel better knowing I might be able to help somebody if they are injured somewhere and medical assistance is difficult to come by because of the The burning sensation can be excruciating, so using a moist sterile application like this can be very helpful in preventing infection and further injury by keeping the patient as comfortable as possible while the burns are healing.
This is a very well made product. I am very pleased with it. As you can see in the images, it expires in 2004. I am pretty pleased with what I did there. It would be recommended.

The size of the product and the abundance of burn gel make it a great choice. I have purchased this product before and used it on actual Scars were reduced and a substantial amount of stabilization was achieved.
A lot of people are raving about this product. This is something that I hope never has to be used by my family.
My third degree chemical burn improved a lot with the help of this burn dressing, I highly recommend it.
