This is the first time I've heard of a "24 hour" version, but I think I'll give it a try next time, just to see if it helps to speed up healing. Although I've been using the regular ointment to treat everything from minor cuts to burns to serious wounds, I have been VERY happy with it. There's never been a problem with it for me or my family or our animals.
In my opinion, it may not last for hours on end but at least for a couple of hours. Pain relief is immediately felt the second it is applied, so I hope that
Since I was a kid, I used the Neo cream every now and then In the past, I have used it to treat acne and now I am using it for rashes related to Lupus and excema. This was the best thing I have ever found, and I have used everything from the expensive to the Recently, I tried cureolgy for the first time and it caused me to breakout. I was able to get rid of the itchy face completely in two days with Neo. My skin and health issues are in a calming down state (and so is cureolgy), but I do not think it's working for me. My Neo cream lasts over 12 hours when I mix it with a tiny bit of Simple Water Boost Hydrating Gel. When my husband got into a car accident this past weekend, I went through a lot of tense moments in my face, but it held up! For the reviews, I will post a bare faced picture (with nothing else but Neo) to show how good it is. Hope it works out for you!

Despite the advertisement that stated 2 boxes of neosporin would be delivered, only one was delivered. Amazon is very disappointing in this matter. Two or three deliveries are usually made to my house each My second box is on its way.

Having read the title and description, I bought this specifically because it indicated that it was a pack of two. One tube was sent to me, but I received only one. The product description was false, so I came to realize I had to use it right away or I would have returned it. A repeat purchase from this listing is out of the question for me.
We're talking top-shelf stuff here. As a Ranger during Ranger School in the Army, it was recommended that each ranger always have a tube of disinfectant on hand to apply to even the smallest cuts or scratches during training to avoid getting sick. remember one guy who didn't, and he regretted his decision later on. I keep one tube in each of my first aid kits. What more can be said? It is recommended to not use it on small cuts or very clean cuts as your body eventually accustoms itself to it, and then it will not be as effective. It is for that reason that I use it often when I have dirty cuts or scrapes or whenever there is an infection on my skin. I can't tell you how many times I've needed this while camping or hunting.
