This was delivered in a box with other items. It was in good condition, but very warm and runny when received. I ordered it to soothe and treat my dog's scabbed over scratches. Her skin is not scratchy nearly 17 hours after We gave this product 3 stars for pain relief since it did stop her itching but we are unsure whether the treatment for scabs is related to pain or whether it will resolve the feeling of scab I can't find out from her. It "traveled well" to me, but I give it two stars because it didn't get to me well. A slurry in a tube showed up runny and should have been more formed into an ointment. I found it to be a good deal for the price. Approximately $1 more than what you can buy locally at a pharmacy or store.
