My love affair with this insert began at first sight. It provides me with a great deal of comfort. It is impossible for me to feel the Saalt cup once it is inside of me. It was only after I stopped using them that I stopped having cramps. It might have something to do with the way the cup lightly huddles against your walls to create a seal. Amazing cup! The most comfortable menstrual cup I have tried - this is amazing compared to the Diva Cup! I tried the Diva Cup for a while, but it seemed uncomfortable, and it leaking so much, but the Saalt Soft didn't leak! The blood flow was unnoticeable, and no pain or discomfort was felt, and it did not leak! We highly recommend trying Saalt Soft for menstrual cups as it is amazing.
I really did not know what to expect from this product. I was eager to try it and see if I could finally rid myself of pads. This is my first time finally doing it, and I'm in awe. It's a bummer). For some reason, I have a more difficult time getting a good seal on the larger size. This seems to be a better option with the smaller cup. It took me more than two days to get good at it. I have been practicing and changing it often more than I ought to for the practice. I am really happy with how well I've been doing.
